Massive 12TB Steam Archive Leak Unearths a Decade of Lost Game Builds

A huge archive of old Steam game files has spilled onto the internet, exposing about 12 terabytes of content from 2003 to 2013. Researchers say it also contains early or alternate builds of games from other publishers that shipped on Steam between 2003 and 2013.Titles already mentioned in reporting include early versions or builds connected to Call of Duty, Resident Evil, Mirror’s Edge, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, and Spec Ops: The Line. Those names are likely only the beginning.
